■ header('Location: ～') では絶対 URL を指定すること

RFC でそう定義されているらしい。知らなかった。今まで平気で header('Location: index.php'); とか書いていたよ。これは直さないとなぁ。

しかし、相対 URL から絶対 URL をどう作り出すかが非常に悩ましい。 HTTP_HOST と SERVER_NAME とどちらがいいのかとか、 https の場合どうするんだとか、調べれば調べるほど分からなくなってきた。うーん。
